Each of our the workshops Palena crafted were customized to fit our needs, and were executed with thoughtfulness, interaction, and the data to back it up.
Palena is as good a listener as speaker, which helped make our workshops be so successful. I would highly recommend her, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with her again.

I had the fortune of benefiting from Palena’s coaching and leadership training skills through an executive management programme offered by the United Nations System Staff College. Palena is a natural teacher, and she demonstrates an intentional and deliberate learning approach focused on participants. She achieves this by unpacking key leadership skills in a bit-sized fashion without overwhelming and doing so through relatable examples and scenarios paired with humour and humility. My programme was conducted virtually – a two-hour webinar – and Palena kept us engaged throughout including by way of structured group sessions focused on ensuring all participants could be active. I would highly recommend Palena for anyone seeking coaching and learning that is user-centric, thought-provoking and insightful.
