A curated 10-session group coaching programme for women who are leading and want to increase their impact
This invitation-only group coaching programme is designed for women who are already leading and who want to deepen their impact with greater confidence and strategic influence.
Many capable women reach a point where technical excellence and hard work are no longer enough. Greater impact requires both internal shifts and external strategy: a stronger leadership presence, intentional visibility, and the ability to build influence through relationships.
Importantly, practical leadership strategies rarely take root unless underlying beliefs are examined. If visibility feels inauthentic, networking feels uncomfortable, or accomplishments are difficult to articulate, no amount of tactical advice will translate into confident action. For this reason, the programme intentionally integrates inner and outer development.
Over ten sessions, we work at two interconnected levels:
The Inner Work: Strengthening Your Leadership Identity
- Quieting self-doubt and reframing beliefs that get in the way of leading with confidence
- Identifying and owning your skills and accomplishments
- Inventorying your values and personal power
- Articulating a values-based leadership identity and refining how you see yourself as a leader
The Outer Work: Strategic Visibility and Influence
- Building visibility aligned with your goals and values
- Developing networks and relationships intentionally
- Communicating with clarity and authority
- Navigating organisational dynamics with greater confidence

About Dr Palena R. Neale
Dr Palena R. Neale is a leadership educator, researcher and coach with more than twenty-five years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes for the United Nations system, global non-profits, governments and private sector organisations across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
Founder of unabridged, an international leadership development practice based in Paris, Palena partners with technically strong leaders to strengthen confidence, visibility, influence and impact. She has designed and delivered programmes across the UN and corporate systems and has supported leaders from organisations including WHO, UNESCO, WFP, UNSSC, The Gates Foundation, Ingram Cloud, ESPartners.
Palena holds a PhD in International Relations, is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) and Team Coach (AATC), and her insights on leadership and women’s development have been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Psychology Today.
