My approach is grounded in academic rigor and a deep understanding of human systems. I hold a PhD in Gender and International Relations from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, an analytical foundation further strengthened by a Post-Document Certificate in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management. This academic foundation is paired with high-level professional credentials, including status as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), and a Certified DISC Practitioner designation.
